General information on your stay in the H2O hotel thermal bath resort Bad Waltersdorf:
- Your room will be available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave your room by 11.00 am.
- All rooms in our children’s hotel are non-smoking rooms. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of € 150.00 if the prohibition is not observed
- Pets are not allowed in our children’s hotel, but we are sure that they will find a cosy place with friends or relatives.
Payment conditions:
Reservations by telephone or written reservations as well as online reservations via the H2O hotel thermal bath resort website must be paid immediately and are considered as confirmed when the transaction was successful. You will receive a reservation confirmation soon after.
For bookings via our own reservation system the international “Payment Card Industry Compliance Standards” apply.

Please note that vouchers can not be redeemed in our online reservation system but only on-site.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend you to take out travel cancellation insurance for your hotel holidays. Our reservation team will be happy to inform you about the insurance contract of a hotel cancellation plus insurance of the Europäische Reiseversicherung. The insurance fee is based on the price level of the booked arrangement.

Conditions of participation for prize draws
Winners of a prize draw organised by the H2O thermal bath will only be informed of the prize in written form by email. By taking part you automatically agree to get published in case of winning. Redeemable depending on availability. Conversion into cash is not possible. The judges’ decision is final.
Charging and plunging: Charging station for electric cars
For guests of the H2O thermal bath, no matter if day or hotel guests, who arrive in Bad Waltersdorf with an electric car there is the possibility to charge it at the SMATRICS charging station during their stay. The charging station is located right on our parking lot in close vicinity to the motorway A2 and enables our guests to charge the car during a several hours’ stay, but best overnight.
Everything for babies and toddlers:
Bottle warmers, kettles, baby tubs and changing mats can be borrowed at the hotel reception on deposit.
Should you have forgotten something at home you will surely find what you are looking for at the shop of the children’s hotel.
More shopping facilities and a pharmacy can be found in Bad Waltersdorf, approx. 1.5 kilometres from the H2O hotel thermal bath resort.

- However, the cancellation policy may vary depending on the booked package.
