Mindful relaxation in the H2O Sauna

Our sauna world is a place of peace, relaxation and well-being. To ensure that all guests can enjoy this special atmosphere, we kindly ask you to observe a few simple rules of consideration.

With mutual respect and a mindful approach, we create a space in which everyone feels welcome and completely at ease.

Enjoy the silence
The sauna is a place of calm and relaxation. Quiet conversations are of course possible – however, please help preserve the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all guests.

Shower before entering
Please shower thoroughly before each sauna session. This supports hygiene and contributes to a pleasant indoor climate for everyone.

Use a towel
Please place a sufficiently large towel underneath your entire body so that neither skin nor feet come into direct contact with the wood.

Textile-free sauna area
The sauna cabins are textile-free areas. Outside the sauna, you are welcome to wear a bathrobe or use a towel.

Listen to your body
Each person reacts differently to heat. Please pay attention to your personal well-being. If you feel uncomfortable, leave the sauna in good time and cool down gently afterwards.

Cool down gently
After your sauna session, it is recommended to allow your warmed body to cool down slowly in the fresh air. Breathe calmly and consciously during this time. After approximately 5 to 8 minutes, you may take a lukewarm shower, followed by a refreshing dip in the cold pool, which can be particularly invigorating.

Stay hydrated
Please ensure adequate fluid intake and allow your body sufficient time to rest.
